Hi, I’m Julien! I am a European citizen with a French passport currently living with my wife and our 2 girls in Germany. I am in love with sports and nature. I am passionate about personal development, cooking, languages and cinema. Over the past 2 decades, I lived in 6 countries across Europe and interacted with colleagues and friends from all around the globe. I now speak French, English, Spanish and German. I put respect, courage and fun as some of the key values I want to honour as a human being.

At the age of 25, I almost became blind. I caught a rare cornea disease and had to go through 2 transplantations to be able to see decently again. I am so lucky and thankful to the person who donated his organs. Those difficult moments help me living my life more in the present and be more in control of my decisions and choices. Despite the challenges we all face, there is always something to appreciate about them.

During 15 years, I have acquired diversified professional experience across non-profit and private sectors. In Supply Chain for a construction group, as a recruiter for a head-hunter boutique building strong relationships with high caliber profiles and international companies in one of the most competitive market in the world (Switzerland). I also worked 8 years for the World Economic Forum as a Talent Acquisition Manager and as HR Business Partner. Leveraging that extensive background, I regularly share my takeaways and experience through a blog section on topics like internal mobility, navigating challenging conversations, providing effective feedback, job interviews preparation and personal development.

I followed the world-class reference Co-Active Coach Training Program and I am a certified coach (ACC) within the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I became a professional coach because I am fully convinced of the incredible impact coaching has on people who are willing to be coached. I love this quote from Ghandi who says: “there is more to life than increasing its speed”. Taking the time to listen, asking powerful questions, being in the moment, challenging the status quo and making some conscious choices are the essence of Transformative coaching.
